Chris graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, he became a licensed Real Estate agent in ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd Preeminent Group in 2016.

Chris's passion for real estate is apparent through his excellent communication skills and friendly approach, leading him to constantly being one of the Top Achievers in ERA since 2018. Chris was posted to Commando during Army. Upon being awarded the Silver Bayonet, Chris was amongst the Top sergeants where he got chosen to enter the OCS course and achieved the Sword of Merit.

During his service, Chris excelled and became a Commando OC where he led a company with more than 80 men, honing his leadership qualities and management skills to run Chris Tee Division.

Chris was in the technical stream during secondary school and dropped out of school at Sec 3 – that was his turning point in life. He took private O levels, entered a polytechnic and his hard work paid off eventually when gradutated from Singapore Management University (SMU) with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems.

Being an adventurous person by nature with a great passion for automobiles, Chris enjoys being active and playing all kinds of sports. He loves animals and grew up with many pets including his cats and bunnies. Here is a picture of his french bull dog - Muji, who was adopted when he was a year old!

Chris began his real estate career his final year in SMU. Determined to be financially independent and to provide a better life for his family, he has also run a few businesses. Juggling between school, real estate and his businesses was no easy feat, but through sheer grit and hard work, Chris made a breakthrough.
